What we walked into.
The Missing Middle Conference (MMC), hosted by SDG Canada, brings together developers, builders, policymakers, lenders, investors and architects to tackle mid density housing in Canada. As a new conference brand in a serious industry, MMC needed media that did more than document the event: it had to make the conference look established, capture the calibre of speakers and attendees, give sponsors real exposure and keep marketing MMC long after the doors closed. The real question wasn't how to film a conference. It was how to turn a live conference into a year round content engine.

How we made it.
- 01
Pre production and coverage planning. We mapped every important moment before the event: keynotes, panels, networking, sponsor activations, speakers, attendees and supporting visuals.
- 02
Multi format event production. On site we captured photography, multi camera video, interviews, presentations, audience moments and behind the scenes so the content could serve many marketing purposes.
- 03
Post event content system. Instead of one recap video, the footage was structured into a library of deliverables for social media, future event promotion, sponsorship marketing and MMC's digital presence.
